HFG1 & Abell 6 sont 2 nébuleuses planétaires situées dans la constellation de Cassiopée.HFG1 est très ancienne (environ 100000ans). Elle porte l'initiale de ceux qui l'ont découverte: Heckathorn, Fesen et Gull en 1982. C'est la 1ère nébuleuse planétaire qui révèle une structure cométaire avec pour tête un signal majoritairement OIII et du Ha au niveau de sa queue.
Il a fallu pas moins de 58h et l'exceptionnel ciel de l'atlas marocain pour mettre en évidence ces structures ténues.
Cette astrophotograhie a été prise depuis l'observatoire HAO6 de la Team HAO à Oukaimeden.

HFG & Abell 6 are 2 planetary nebulae located in the constellation of Cassiopeia. HFG1 is very old (around 100000 years old). It bears the initial of those who discovered it: Heckathorn, Fesen and Gull in 1982. It is the first planetary nebula which reveals a cometary structure with a predominantly OIII signal at its head and Ha at its tail. It took no less 58h and the exceptional skies of the Moroccan Atlas to highlight these tenuous Structures.
This astrophotography was taken from the HAO6 observatory of Team HAO in Oukaimeden.
